Dermoid Cyst
Patient: female, 40
Female complaining of back pains. On her lumbar x ray, a
rounded, calcified lesion was found. A dermoid cyst was
suspected.
Management: Referral was made to her GP,
who ordered an ultrasound examination. Conclusion was that
of a benign cyst in the uterus. Chiropractic care continued
for her presenting problem.
